Community Goals

- Building a stronger and safer community:

Division in lieu of differences–political, spiritual, racial, etc.–has been the leading cause of detrimental problems in our community.  When elected, unifying community members and law enforcement will be made a chief priority.  It is only through these intentional and practical efforts that St. Joseph County will be stronger and safer.

- Being involved throughout the entire community and with community leaders:

With the current state of the nation, many community members have grown distrustful of their elected officials.  I will curb that once in office, by not only making myself available to listen at community events, but also by uniting with other leaders in the county to collaborate on best methods for community improvement.

Department Goals

- Leading the fight against crime and drugs:

Too many lives have fallen victim to drugs and violence in our community.  Once in office, I will empower the department and our community members to become proactive rather than reactive when it comes to these issues.  We must work together to reduce drugs and violence where it begins: in our youth.

- Improving department organization and day-to-day operations:

The force responsible for maintaining a safe and just community should consistently be performing at its absolute best.  Under my leadership, I will personally update and change whatever necessary to ensure that our department is operating with utmost effectiveness, both holistically and on an individual level.
